  • Create the friendly, team atmosphere for each shift
  • Lead your team through busy shifts
  • Monitor and make decisions regarding sales and labor
  • Work closely with managers to develop team members
  • Answer customers concerns and questions
  • Monitor safe food and sanitation practices
